Full Paper Submission

For the authors who had submitted abstract may receive an Abstract Acceptance Letter by Email before January 31, 2010. Upon receiving this Letter, please prepare the full paper. The on-line submission system will be available until February 1, 2010.

Please note that the deadline of full paper submission is March 31, 2010 and final acceptance of papers for presentation is conditional to receiving the payment of the presenting author's registration fee before May 31, 2010.

The authors are requested to submit the full paper in English version by WORD Format via the on-line submission system.
