Hotel Reservation

A number of rooms in Jiuhua Resort & Convention Center at advantageous rates for the participants. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, color TV and air-conditioning. Rooms will be allotted on a first-come first-served basis as your choices. To ensure your hotel accommodation, please make reservation and finish payment by on-line registration system.

*Notes:
1. The room rate includes service charge. The single room includes one breakfast, double room includes two.

2. The room rate includes service charge, and it is in RMB.

3. The reservation must be made before April 30, 2010 with a deposit of one night room cost. No reservation will be guaranteed after this date or without the deposit.

4. For those who intend to share rooms, please find the roommate by yourself.

5. If coming 12 hours later than your check-in date or not coming, one-night room rent will be charged.

6. Rooms will be allotted on a first-come first-served basis.

7. A hotel confirmation letter will be sent by CICCST from April 30, 2010 upon receiving your deposit or all room cost. Any Change of the booking requested before June 1, 2010.
