ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Length of Oral Presentation
Keynote Speaker: 30 minutes
Session: 20 minutes (including 5 minutes discussion)
Special Session: 30 minutes (including 5 minutes discussion)
Submitting your PowerPoint presentation
For submitting your PPT file, we offer you the following option:
(1) You may also submit your presentation during August 24-26, 2010 at the conference site. Please be sure to submit your PPT file at least one day before your presentation.
How to submit your PowerPoint presentation at the conference site:
Our Speaker’s Ready Desks are on the 1st floor, Building No.16, Jiuhua Resort and Convention Center.
For submitting your PPT file at the conference site, the following points are very important:
(1) Your PPT file should be submitted according to the session it belongs to. Please be sure to submit your presentation at the right collection desk with your session number.
(2) Please name your PPT files as your Paper-ID.ppt, and please leave us your name and contact method (e.g. room number). If your file can not work well, we will contact with you.
(3) Please bring your presentation on a USB memory stick.
(4) Our computers are installed with Window XP and PowerPoint 2003.
(5) Your PPT file can be submitted at the following time:

VIDEOs Requests:
For videos in your PowerPoint presentation, we recommend that you save it in the same folder with your PPT file. However, we do not recommend that you link your videos with the PPT file for the link might cause problem.
OWN PC Requests:
For technical reasons, it is not possible to use your own computer for PowerPoint presentation.
