Payment and Refund policy
1. Payment
The Registration should be with appropriate payment, which must be payable to CICCST by the following ways:
A. Payment in Advance
1. Credit card:
Only Master, Visa, and American Express will be acceptable. It will be billed in Chinese RMB. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates.
* You can pay registration fee on-line. If you choose on-line credit card payment, you should do it at your own risk.
  
2. Bank transfer:

Cash and credit cards (Master, Visa, and American Express) are acceptable.

• The fees are paid in local currency (RMB).
• No personal check is acceptable for the payments.
• All bank charges will be borne by the participant.
2. Refund Policy
Any cancellation must be notified in writing to CICCST. The refund policy is given below:
