Accepted Abstract presenters MUST register by May 31, 2010. It is expected that at least one author per paper should be registered for the Congress.

*Note:
1. In China, only RMB is used. So, in the payment process, you will find equivalent RMB amount. The exchange rate of registration fee is 7.
2. For Participant and Student presentator with one paper need to pay US$50/RMB350 as copyright fee. For each additional paper, an extra of US$100/RMB700 is required.
3. For those unattendees, who want to publish paper, the registration fee and paper publishing fee is needed to pay, US$100/RMB700 per paper.
4. Full time students MUST provide proof of full time status (copy of valid student ID card or letter from their institution or program director) by fax or e-mail when submitting their registration and payment.
Conference Proceedings:
The full papers will be selected, peer-reviewed, and included in the conference proceedings published by “Taylor & Francis The Netherlands/A.A. Balkema Publishers” with worldwide circulation. The Publishers will send complimentary copies of the proceedings for citation purposes, e.g., ISI, EI, Scopus, etc.
Authors of the full paper included in the proceedings are required to pay handing fee of US$ 100/RMB700 per paper for processing their papers. The registered authors have handing fee of 50% discount only for one paper.
Entitlements:
For Full Participant: The registration fee covers the Proceeding in a CD-Rom, Abstract Book, Coffees, Lunches, Dinner, and the Social Program.
For Student Registration: The registration fee covers Proceedings in a CD-Rom, Abstract Book, Coffees, Lunches, Dinner, and the Social Program.
For Accompany Person(s): The registration fee covers Social Program.
